In a bowl, cut two lemons into thin slices and cover them with honey. Let them soak for one day.
Properties: is rich in vitamin C, which boosts the immune system, is a good antioxidant, protecting cells in your body. It reduces inflammation and helps in body disinfection by stimulating sweat. In addition, it acts as a natural diuretic. Lemon juice and peel have an antiseptic effect. The fruit is rich in B vitamins (B1, B2, B3), PP, A (in fresh pulp and juice), citric acid and minerals.

JUICE: 200-300 ml of juice drank daily helps in treating rheumatism, because of its solvents and detoxifying properties.

JUICE: Mix 1½ cups of beetroot juice with the juice obtained from a lemon, 1.5 liters of water and 15 tablespoons of honey. Cover it with gauze and leave it in a warm place to ferment. Drink 3-4 times a day ½ cups.
POULTICE: Apply 4-5 times daily bandages with beetroot juice on the area with slight injuries.
Wash well a ginger root, grated it then immediately put it in a jar and add honey (ratio of 1: 2). Leave it to soak for 2 weeks then filter.

4 g of fresh ginger (a thicker slice), 2-3 times a day, have spectacular effects on thrombosis, stopping blood clotting. The cure should last 2-3 months.
Contraindications: people with bleeding risk, those with IBS.
Black radish syrup
Mix until is homogenous half a glass of radish juice with half a cup of honey. Store the mixture in a refrigerator.
Short version: cut a radish in half, pick it inside and pout honey in it. Leave it to soak for six hours. You’ll obtain syrup where you’ve picked the radish.
Properties: contains vitamins A, B, C, P, potassium, calcium, iodine, magnesium, sulfur, enzymes and a volatile oil, which helps curing respiratory diseases. Has antiscorbutic properties, anti-allergic, antitussive, stimulates liver, and maintains the hormone levels balanced. It’s especially recommended for children.
Administration: daily, 1-2 teaspoons of cough syrup.
Other diseases treated with black radish syrup
JUICE: Clean a few radishes and cut them then place them in a juicer. Mix the obtained juice with carrot juice, celery or parsley juice. Drink 2-3 glasses daily (the amount of radish juice shouldn’t exceed 50 ml). It treats asthma, allergies and biliary lithiasis.
SYRUP: In other quantities than the one for cough (a cup of juice mixed with half a cup of honey), improves digestion and is a good adjunct in treating various bile diseases. Take 3-6 tablespoons of this syrup between meals.
Contraindications: causes bloating.
Grate 1 horseradish root then add 4 tablespoons of honey. Mix until it’s smooth and leave it to soak for a few minutes. Strain in gauze bag, pressing well the content. Boil this until the water covers enough the gauze and leave it for 5 minutes. When the broth is cool mix it with the syrup.
Properties: horseradish root is rich in vitamins (especially C and B complex), minerals, natural antibiotic substances, enzymes, plant hormones. In addition, it contains volatile oil and other components and when it’s grated it leave an irritated substance. It has decongestant and expectorant effect, stimulates metabolism and improves peristalsis.
Boil a handful of garlic cloves in 500 ml of water and add 100ml of vinegar and sugar until you get a syrup consistency then strain.

Administration: 1 teaspoon of syrup in the morning and evening.

JUICE: Squeeze the garlic and dilute it. The juice obtained has antiseptic properties and can be used to treat (by dabbing with sterile buttocks) infected wounds, acne, warts, varicose veins.
Contraindications: breastfeeding mothers, people with colon or bowel sensitive.
