Spider veins are so unaesthetic that you can’t even wear your favorite clothes. But this isn’t the only problem that spider can cause…they can lead to serious complications like thrombophlebitis, varicose eczema, chronic venous insufficiency, varicose ulcers, etc. If the thought of surgery scares you, then you should try natural remedies to get rid of this problem. And the following homemade preparation is among the best remedies with a high percentage of effectiveness.
– half a cup of Shea butter
– 1/4 cup of coconut oil
– 1/4 cup of jojoba oil
– 1 tablespoon of oily vitamin E
– 10 drops of essential cypress oil
– 10 drops of essential lemon oil
– 5 drops of essential cumin oil
– 5 drops of essential geranium oil
Put the Shea butter and coconut oil to melt through the bain-marie process. Mix the ingredients for a few minutes until they begin to melt. Remove the pot from the fire then add jojoba oil, oily vitamin E and essential oils, gradually incorporating all of them in the composition.
Place the container in the refrigerator for two hours. You will get an open, slightly solid paste. Mix the preparation for 10 minutes, then store it in a jar and use it after each bath at least 2-3 times a week. All you have to do is to massage the affected area until the cream gets into the skin. Remember that the product may expire 6 months after preparation. The container can be kept both at room temperature and in the refrigerator. Since the oils in the cream make the blood circulation stronger, it is advisable not to apply it shortly before bedtime but one or two hours before, otherwise it could affect your sleep quality.
