We need 2 ingredients: ground coffee and body cream or oil.
Preparation: 200 grams of ground coffee is mixed with a moisturizing body cream, or with olive oil, almonds oil or Argan oil.
The mixture is spread over the affected areas with circular motions and with an abrasive grip. Let it work for 5-10 minutes and wash with lukewarm water. This procedure will improve blood circulation and leave you a smooth and velvety skin.
Since ancient times, clay has been considered a miracle due to the remarkable properties it has. It can be used both internally and externally.
We need the following things: 4 tablespoons of clay, the juice of half of lemon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 2 tablespoons of ground green tea. Mix all these ingredients. First, the lemon juice with the clay, then gently pour the oil, and add the finely chopped green tea.
Apply this composition to the whole body (insist on affected areas) and wrap yourself in plastic foil. For better effect, it is better to dress with thick clothes for clay to take effect faster. Let it act for 2 hours then rinse with warm water and apply a moisturizing cream.
