How To Use Baking Soda To Get Rid Of Excessive Sweating For Good

As we hear more and more that trade market deodorants contain plenty of aluminum, a toxic substance for the body that can cause serious illness, it is no wonder that more and more people are using baking soda to get rid of sweat!

Here’s how to use it as a natural deodorant!

Baking soda seems to be a universal remedy and an effective cleaning product for almost any kind of surface. There are so many things you can do with this ingredient that I’m sure you already have it in the kitchen.

The three ingredients you need for the natural deodorant are:

– Baking soda
– water
– essential oil (your choice)

Mix the baking soda powder with a little water to form a thick paste (it is important not to make a thinner paste, because consistency also plays an important role in preventing sweating). This paste is applied like a mask on your underarms and allowed to work for about 25 minutes, after which it has to be washed with cold water. Of course, the effects are visible only after you’ve taken a shower and removed your underarm hair. Underarm hair is also responsible for excessive sweat, so be careful to remove it before applying the baking soda remedy. A few hours after using this natural deodorant, we recommend applying a “soft” lotion for sensitive skin.
