Here’s how to proceed:
In a tall pot (a bucket for example), pour hot water and add three tablespoons of clay. Immerse your feet in the argillaceous water for 3 minutes. Then alternate by keeping your feet into cold water for 1 minute. Repeat this for 2 or 3 times. After drying, wrap your legs in a warm towel. Clay baths can be done once or twice a week.
