Poppy seeds recipe against osteoporosis
-10 gr. of poppy dried seeds
-1 cup of boiling water
-1 tablespoon of honey
How to prepare
Pour boiling water over the poppy seeds and when the liquid reaches a 40 Celsius degrees temperature, add honey. Mix well, then cover the pot, let it cool, then strain.
Ingest one tablespoon of this mixture, 2-3 times daily after meals for two weeks.
