Barley and almonds salad

Ingredients:
-a cup of barley
-a box of red beans
-half a cup of roasted almonds
-1 tablespoon of green onions
-2 cups of vegetable soup

-1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
-a small amount of salt
-2 tablespoons of olive oil

How to prepare:
Boil the vegetable broth then add the salt and barley. Leave it to boil for 10 minutes. In a bowl place the zucchini, red beans, green onions, peppers and almonds.
