Carrot juice
-2 carrots
-1 cucumber
-the juice of 1 lemon
-200 ml of water

Method of preparation:
Wash well the carrots, peel the cucumbers and squeeze the lemon. Put the ingredients in blender then add a glass of water and leave it to mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. It’s better if you consume this juice in the morning.

Lemon and watermelon juice
-220 g of watermelon
-the juice of 1 lemon

Method of preparation:
Cut in small slices the watermelon, squeeze the lemon juice and add a little water. Put everything in a blender and mix until you get a smoothie.

Celery and radish juice
-celery juice
-2 radishes
-a cup of water (200 ml)

Method of preparation:
Wash carefully the vegetables, cut them into small pieces. Put them all in a blender and mix until you get a smoothie. Consume this in the morning at least 3 times a week.
