If you are dealing with a strong, productive cough, there is a very simple solution to get rid of it. You only need some simple ingredients to procure that can make this health problem disappear in a single day.
The below remedy is used for years, but a few know about it.

Here’s how to prepare the drink that will ease your annoying cough that can occur at any time.

Homemade syrup fro annoying coughs:
– 2 tablespoons of grated ginger root
– 2 tablespoons of mallow flowers
– 2 tablespoons of chamomile flowers
– the juice from 2 lemons
– 1 spoonful of cinnamon
– 4 tablespoons of honey
– 250 ml of filtered water

Method of preparation:
Take a medium sized pot and pour the water into it. Add the ginger, mallow and chamomile flowers and boil them well. Turn on low heat, and when the mixture has boiled, strain the liquid. Let it cool then add the lemon juice and honey. Mix the entire composition then pour it into a hermetically sealed container. Keep the syrup in the refrigerator and consume 1 tablespoon 3 times a day if needed.

This syrup is also recommended for children, but they should consume only one, up to two tablespoons a day.

Tip: To get rid of dry cough, add 1 teaspoon of dried mint leaves to boil.
